IRWIN REALTY & CO., formerly known as CCM Real Estate, was founded in 1995 with the concept of forming a company that specialized in New Home Sales. Through growth and foresight, it has expended to the resale market as well.

The concept has further grown and matured over the years. IRWIN REALTY & CO. has represented Eagles's Landing and most of the surrounding communities. The newest focus is the addition of a Foreclosure Sales division as well as a Property Management department to provide a comprehensive service. Through its experience and knowledge in today's market, IRWIN REALTY & CO. create the high energy atmosphere needed to promote enthusiasm about the product.

Our graphics department works closely with the Agents in each section to provide professional renderings, marketable artwork, and up-to-date website information.

IRWIN REALTY's sales associates are specially trained in all aspects of Home Sales prior to their direct involvement with Customers. Continued training keeps them current with respect to pricing, competitive markets, and sales techniques.

In the end it is all about the sale. IRWIN REALTY & CO. privides experienced, motivated sales associates. The sales associates are backed by a company that promotes their product; therefore resulting in the quickest and best sales in the area.

Stacey Irwin, Broker/Owner

Stacey received her B.A. degree in Business Administration from Georgia State University. She began her career in real estate as a Realtor 1984. Earning her license to Broker, she implemented it as the broker for Eagle's Landing Sales Center. Stacey is currently Broker & Owner of IRWIN REALTY & CO., established in 1995.

Individually, Stacey is an Active Life Member of the Metro South Association of Realtors and has been recognized as a Million Dollar Agent for 15 years. She has also earned her Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) degree, Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) and continues to focus on advancement, education and growth.
